- 8.1 cubic meters of gas will be produced per year
- 114 production wells
- 11 Cluster sites
- 3.6 billion investments from “LUKOIL”
This year, the construction of the Kandym gas processing plant will enter an active phase. Preparation of construction sites of the gas processing plant, infrastructure facilities and field development is underway. An order for the production of technological equipment was made. This year it is planned to adopt 662.0 million US dollars of foreign investments.
of the modern gas processing plant at the Kandym group of fields in the Bukhara
region. The complex, with a capacity of 8.1 billion cubic meters of gas per
year, will allow processing hydrogen sulfide gas to produce refined natural
fuel, stable gas condensate, as well as lump and granulated sulfur.
Commissioning of the first stage of the plant is planned in 2018. Also within
the framework of the project, a natural gas collection system will be built,
which will include 114 gas wells, 11 cluster sites and 4 collecting points at
the stage of full development. “LUKOIL” has invested 3.6 billion USD in the development of the
Kandym group of gas condensate fields.
